Sharjah announces roundtable for 100 key Pakistani investors
‘Invest in Sharjah’ to attract business figures from Pakistan and UAE
The Pakistan Business Council Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, has announced an upcoming roundtable conference, “Invest in Sharjah,” set for November 21.
This event will connect 100 of Pakistan’s leading investors with prominent officials from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Invest in Sharjah, aiming to encourage safe, lucrative investment opportunities within the UAE.
In a recent press conference, Pakistan Business Council Sharjah unveiled its newly appointed office bearers.

Dr. SM Tahir was named as the Chairman, with Syed Saleem Akhtar as First Vice Chairman, Aamir Hassan as Second Vice Chairman, and Salman Wasal Muhammad as Secretary General.
Additionally, Khalid Hussain Chaudhry has taken on the role of Director of the Advisory Board, while other key positions were filled by prominent members dedicated to supporting the Pakistani business community in Sharjah.
Discussing the council’s goals, officials emphasised its commitment to "promote bilateral investment being the bridge between the Pakistani Business Community and the United Arab Emirates." With this initiative, the council intends to facilitate new channels of economic collaboration, encouraging Pakistani investors to explore the secure and expanding investment landscape in Sharjah.
The Pakistan Business Council Sharjah also shared plans to expand its reach by inviting leading UAE business figures to join as members. As part of this outreach effort, the council has launched a membership campaign to strengthen its network, offering resources and support to foster strong ties between UAE and Pakistani enterprises.
Beyond fostering investment, the council’s core objective remains to provide timely solutions to issues faced by Pakistani businesses in Sharjah. The council's officials highlighted their dedication to ensuring Pakistani entrepreneurs in Sharjah receive comprehensive support, underscoring that the council’s mission includes not only economic growth but also the community’s overall well-being.
